Missions.

Bring your church, family or a group of friends to Studio Del Creador. There are endless ways to get involved with what we do.  Hold VBS for the younger kids in our community, participate in construction projects or painting murals, or simply plug into one of the many activities we are already doing and build relationship with the community of Tecate. Are you an artist, a musician or do you have a creative hobby? We can provide a translator so that you can teach a classes in our center. The options are unlimited! 

Accommodations.

Hospitality.

• Stay in a local hotel. We recommend Estancia Inn or the new Kumiai Inn.
• Rancho La Paloma (they are set up to host missions teams locally in Tecate).
• ​Studio Del Creador facilities (bring an air mattress and camp out for free on our floor).
• Rent a home.  We have access to a beautiful home with two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and laundry room with a beautiful view of Tecate. Comfortably hosts up to 6 adults, with the option of setting up tents on patio to accommodate more people. Contact Natalie for availability and prices.

Food.

• We do not have a kitchen in our facilities. However, if you stay in the above house or rancho, you will have access to a kitchen. 
• We can hire a local friend to prepare traditional Mexican or American meals for you. $7.50/meal per person.
• There are plenty of great Taco stands and good places to explore Mexican cuisine in Tecate! 

Travel.

We can pick-up upto 6 people (with light baggage) from the airport in San Diego in our vehicle. Otherwise, there are vehicle rental places in San Diego that rent for international use. **Make sure your vehicle is insured for use in Mexico**

Travel Visa.

Upon entering Mexico you are required to get a travel visa. We can give you information on how this is obtained.

Whatever arrangements you choose, please know that we are available to meet you at the USA-Mexico International Border Crossing and lead you both to the Studio and where you will be staying. We also have translators available upon request.
